Shipping Policy

At Inanna®, we take great care in delivering your favorite beauty and skincare products straight from our warehouse located in Punjab.

Shipping Days and Time:

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Delivery Process:

Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. This OTP will be sent to the mobile number you provide at checkout. Kindly share this OTP with the delivery partner upon receiving your order.

Liability:

Inanna® is not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been delivered.

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at support@Inanna.co.in or call us at +91-75080 11744. For prepaid orders that haven’t been dispatched, a credit note will be issued within 4–5 business days from the date of your cancellation request.

Cancellation After Shipping:

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. Please note, Inanna® follows a no-refund policy for delivered products.

As a brand committed to offering high-quality, personalized beauty care, every order placed on our website is processed and forwarded for shipping immediately. Therefore, order cancellations after order placement are not possible. Rest assured, our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. International Orders

At this time, Inanna® does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only within India.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges and Returns:

We do not offer exchanges or returns, as our products are customized and hygienic in nature, and we prioritize customer safety.

Damaged or Defective Products:  

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@Inanna.co.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our representative will help you resolve the issue.
