Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit, have physical defects, or if an incorrect item was shipped. To initiate a return, please send an email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within the specified time frame. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing us at support@inanna.co.in Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, if the seal is broken, or if the serial number has been tampered with. Once we receive the returned item, E will inspect it to validate the claim. If the return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement. If the product is ineligible for return, it will be shipped back to you.
