Q. How do I make a purchase?
> Browse through the category of products you are looking for - Sarees, Suits, Lehengas, Jewelry etc to find a product of your choice. On the product page, select your size and quantity, & select "ADD TO CART". Then, click on your cart on the top right corner of the page which will open your Shopping Cart Page. Review your product selection here. You can add a discount code by clicking on "USE COUPON CODE" or estimate shipping charges for your purchase by clicking on "ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAXES". Once you are satisfied, click on "CHECKOUT" to complete your order.
Q. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
> Keeping in mind the high value of the products at inanna.co.in, each outift ordered online is individually crafted in accordance to the measurements provided by the customers. We take utmost care to pack the product carfefully, however, on rare occasions, products can be damaged in transit. In case of an incomplete order due to the receipt of a damaged product, please email us pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com and we shall assist you with a solution as soon as possible. In most cases, we will repair or exchange the product for you free of charge.
Q. Where do I ship my returns?
> If a product needs to be returned to us, please ship it within 7 working days along with the invoice received with the order. You can send the package to the following address: A 35 Sector 83, Noida, Phase 2, India, 201305. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any additional packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or the box. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting.
Q. What items can be returned?
> Returns are not valid on products that are bought on sale, or bought using promotion codes, discount coupons & vouchers or customized orders. Returns are only valid if the order is incorrect. Please email us pictures of your incorrect order within 48 hrs of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to process the return. If you have made a purchase through a debit or credit card, the refund amount will be credited to the original purchaser's debit / credit card ASAP.
Q. What if I want to return / exchange Jewelry or Handbags?
> Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Jewelry or Handbags at all. In case your item is broken, at arrival, you can contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours on receipt of your order and we will assist you in repairing the piece.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
> Yes. You can browse through the collection of products without creating an account. However, to be able to make a purchase, you will need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. To create an account, simple click on "REGISTER" on the left hand tab and fill your details. Once you have registered with us, you will be able to Track your orders, Request for an exchange / return, Manage your account details & Save your billing details for an easier and faster shopping experience.

Q. Can I get my order gift wrapped?
> Yes, we do provide gift wrapping on personal request. You can add this as a comment while placing your order or alternatively, you can drop us an email at email@example.com for your order to be gift wrapped.
Q. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
> If you have forgotten your password, follow the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" instructions on the Login Page to retrieve your password.
Q. Which size should I choose?
> All products are sold by the international sizing scheme. To check your size please click on the "SIZE GUIDE" available under the information section on the bottom of the page. Q. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
> While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronice devices vary.
Q. How much will I be charged for shipping?
> We do not charge our customers for deliveries within India. However, shipping outside India depends upon the weight of the products that have been purchased and the country to which your order has to be shipped to. The shipping charges can be estimated on the "SHOPPING CART PAGE" by entering your shipping destination details before chekout. This will be added to the cost of your product at the checkout page

> We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro Credit & Debit cards. We also accept payments from gateways such as CCavenue & Paypal. Customers can email us at email@example.com to manually process payments.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
> We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your item has been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery time.

> For Indian customers - Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes & duties. For International customers - Product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
